METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FE-CO BASED ALLOY SHEET WITH TEXTURE STRUCTURE AND SOFT MAGNETIC STEEL SHEET MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A texture forming method for a Fe-Co group alloy plate and a soft magnetism steel sheet manufactured by the same are provided to be efficiently and repeatedly reproduced in an iron alloy having 10-35 wt% of cobalt (Co) and to form a cube-on-face texture in which F100 N surface is formed on the surface of the plate to be parallel at high density. CONSTITUTION: A texture forming method for a Fe-Co group alloy plate includes the following steps of: heat-treating the plate not to be an austenite phase after regulating an atmosphere to prevent the surface from being oxidized; and forming a cube-on-face texture, in which d100 l surface is parallel to the surface of the plate, on the surface of the plate. The oxygen partial pressure is 10-15 atm or less. The iron (Fe) alloy includes alloy elements besides the cobalt.
