PURPOSE: A location based bloc service method in the digital map environment and a system thereof are provided to combine the location and bloc in the digital map environment, thereby strengthening the information asset property right exercising function. CONSTITUTION: A location blog using module (40) comprises a search support server (41) and a space analyzer server (42). The search support server searches the blog contents by using various keywords or a search method based on the location, and performs a supporting operation to open the result. The search support server performs the supporting operation to search and open the blog contents by using a user profile which includes a user ID. The space analyzer server uses the information stored in a digital map database, a user database, and a blog contents database to perform the supporting operation which enables the analysis based on the location.
