Provided are a charging processing method, a charging system and a multimedia message service centre (MMSC). The charging processing method comprises: a charging system receiving a credit control request charging message sent by an MMSC, the credit control request charging message comprising sending terminal identifiers and destination terminal identifiers (101); and when determining that the number of destination terminal identifiers in the credit control request charging message is two or more than two, the charging system performing charging processing on accounts corresponding to the sending terminal identifiers according to a preset service-related charging rule (102), and returning a credit control charging answer message to the MMSC. The abovementioned method is used for solving the problem in the prior art that service-related charging cannot be performed on a user terminal for a mass multimedia messaging service.
