PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming laminate having superior smoothness on surfaces of foam processing paper and a heat insulating container after foaming, is thick in foam layers, and shows superior thermal insulating properties, and having superior foam appearance and heat sealability when shaped, to provide the foam processing paper and the heat insulating container, and to provide a method of manufacturing the foaming laminate that excels in economical efficiency with a simple post-processing, and can stably provide one of high quality.SOLUTION: A foaming laminate is provided by laminating a foaming resin layer (A) that comprises at least a polyethylene resin A on one surface of a base layer of which principal ingredient is paper, and laminating a non-foamed resin layer (B) that comprises polyethylene resin B to the other surface of the base layer. In the foaming laminate, the surface of the foaming resin layer (A) is modified by post-processing of specific (a) and/or (b). |
