PURPOSE: A concrete curing film for wet curing, a manufacturing method thereof, and a concrete curing method are provided to suppress the generation of crack by preventing moisture from being evaporated with a curing film attached to the concrete surface and by satisfying conditions of the wet curing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete curing film comprises as follows. Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and water are mixed, and liquefaction occurs in a reactor. Monomer water-soluble acrylic is polymerized and is synthesized with a result. Latex, silicon oil, and hardening agents are put in the synthesized result and are stirred.
