PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer control system capable of reducing management load for validation work or the like.SOLUTION: In an analyzer control system 1, one or more analyzers A1-A5 are coupled to one or more control computers PC1, PC2 for controlling the one or more analyzers via network. The analyzer control system 1 includes: a software storage server 2 storing basic management software for jointly managing data collected from the one or more analyzers; and an individual management data storage server 3 storing individual management data of each analyzer, used at the basic management software for individually managing data collected from the one or more analyzers. A control computer receives, at startup etc., the basic management software 5 and the individual management data from each server, and executes the basic management software at a software execution unit 6. |
