PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled battery that improves the ease of fixing busbars by preventing battery modules from short-circuiting while the busbars are fixed.SOLUTION: The assembled battery includes: a battery module group comprising a plurality of battery modules with positive and negative output terminals led out in the same direction arrayed such that the positive and negative output terminals are led out in the same lateral direction; a plurality of conductive busbars 40 fixed to the output terminals to electrically connect the battery modules together; and a busbar holding plate 20 in the shape of a vertically extending plate formed from an insulating material to hold the busbars. The assembled battery further includes: insulating cover members 30 arranged for the respective busbars on a busbar holding surface 20a opposite to the battery module group out of both surfaces of the busbar holding plate so as to switch the corresponding busbars between a covered state and an exposed state; and hinge parts 33 connecting upper portions of the cover members to the busbar holding plate to connect the cover members in a turnable relationship to the busbar holding surface. |
