PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring maintenance system for a station service apparatus, which allows constructing of the system with a simple configuration at a low price, reduces a running cost, facilitates introducing of the system, reduces a running cost for a system change, allows an optimum response in accordance with an abnormal content.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring maintenance system for a ticket machine 12 or the like is configured so that a ticket machine 12 or the like and a station staff operational terminal 15, each having a mail notification function 53 and a remote computing function 52, are connected to be communicatable with each other via a communication line 16 or the like. When an abnormality occurs at the ticket machine 12 or the like, content information of the abnormality, together with abnormality difficulty rank information, is notified by mail to the station staff operation terminal 15. In response to the abnormality mail notification, in order to solve the abnormal state of the ticket machine 12 or the like, the station staff operation terminal 15 monitors and controls the ticket machine 12 or the like from a remote place via the remote computing function 52. |
