<p>A connection-control lever (30) is provided with the following: a pair of lever bodies (31); shaft-engagement holes (32), formed in opposing inner surfaces (31a) of the pair of lever bodies (31), into which lever-support shafts (11) on a first connector housing (10) fit rotatably; and cam grooves (34) that are formed so as to open to edges of the lever bodies (31) facing a second connector housing (20), position the connector housings relative to each other at an engagement starting position, and when the connection-control lever (30) is rotated, apply engagement-direction movement forces to force-bearing shafts (23) as the lever bodies (31) rotate. When the process of connecting the connector housings to each other is finished, the pair of lever bodies (31) move to a maximum separation position, thereby disengaging from the lever-support shafts (11) and the force-bearing shafts (23), and the connection-control lever (30) disengages from the connector housings.</p> |
