The device has an atomizing unit (3) that is operated with carrier gas and stands under pressure for a solution or suspension located in a container(4), where the atomizing unit is connected upstream of a cooling unit (2) for cooling the carrier gas, so that the atomization temperature is greater than the melting temperature of the solution or suspension and smaller than the room temperature. The atomizing unit is downstream to a heating unit (5) for the aerosol which is occurred from the carrier gas and the solution or suspension, so that the aerosol is heated on the room temperature.
