Provided is a coaxial multicore cable (1) exhibiting good electrical and slide-resistant properties. The coaxial multicore cable (1) is provided with a plurality of coaxial cables (11a-26b), a shield layer (50) disposed on the exterior of the plurality of coaxial cables, and a layer of protective coating (60) on the outer periphery of the shield layer. The plurality of coaxial cables is arranged in a plurality of cable layers, and each cable layer thereof is provided with coaxial cables that concentrically form a plurality of pairs that are twisted together. The direction of twist of the plurality of coaxial cables is uniform, and the twist rate thereof is uniform.
