Disclosed are an electronic name card exchange method and system in a video conference, which relate to the technical field of information processing and exchange. The method comprises: a first personal terminal sending a personal name card to a first conference terminal; the first conference terminal sending the received personal name card to a second conference terminal; and the second conference terminal sending the received personal name card to a personal terminal of a second conference place. The present invention is applied to exchange name cards between participants in a video conference.
