PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a framing type flush fixture with a surface material stuck to a core material, principally a manufacturing method of the framing type flush fixture by a V-cut process, by which fixture a flush door is easily assembled and manufactured.SOLUTION: A flush door 1 is constituted of a surface panel 2 with a swollen central part and stile members 3 surrounding both side parts, the surface panel 2 and the stile members 3 surrounding a core material. The stile members 3 are bent so as to surround jambs 17 of both side edges of the core material 4; folded parts are bent at right angle sequentially from the tip parts of the stile members 3, stiles 13 are bent to the sides of inclined parts 12; and bent and superposed parts 11 are overlapped on the flat parts 8 of the surface panel 2 at the positions of intermediate frames 19 of the core material 4, in such a state that all the inclined parts 12 and the stiles 13 are folded on the bent and superposed parts 11; and all parts are bonded to each other by an adhesive to complete the flush door 1. |
