PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment, an evaluation system and an evaluation method for improving reliability in soft error resistance evaluation.SOLUTION: An electronic equipment 1 includes: an information control unit 2 having error detection means for detecting an error; a unit control part 3 having a reboot control part for, on the basis of the error information of the information control unit, transmitting the reboot start signal of the information control unit in which an error is generated; and a signal transmission part 4 for detecting the reboot start signal from the unit control part, and for transmitting a signal to the outside when detecting the reboot start signal. When an error is generated in the information control unit, the information control unit is rebooted in accordance with the reboot start signal, and the signal is transmitted to the outside by the signal transmission part. |
