PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit in which a circuit is formed by using a unipolar TFT, and operates without causing amplitude attenuation of an output signal by a threshold value of the TFT.SOLUTION: Potential added by voltage held in capacitor means 105 is applied to a gate electrode of a TFT 101 electrically connected to a signal output terminal Out, and thereby, output with normal amplitude can be acquired without causing amplitude attenuation in the TFT 101 from the signal output terminal Out.
