PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel used in various electronic devices in which the display of a display element on a rear surface can be easily viewed so as to reliably perform operation.SOLUTION: At least one of an upper conductive layer 12 and a lower conductive layer 15 is formed of light-transmittable resin 12A and 15A in which a plurality of continuously coupled bodies 12C and 15C of fine metal silver particles are dispersed, so that light from outside is absorbed by the fine metal silver particles to be converted into thermal energy, for preventing irregular reflection. Therefore, a touch panel can be obtained in which the display of a display element on a rear surface can be easily viewed so as to reliably perform operation, even when the touch panel is used under strong light such as sunlight. |
