PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system for promoting provision of a useful image, improving attraction as a system and enhancing usability, and a movable body.SOLUTION: In an information processing system 100 in which a center server 1 and vehicles 20A, 20B cooperate with each other for information provision to the vehicles 20A, 20B, the vehicles 20A, 20B include cameras 30A, 30B for providing image information, and communication devices 49A, 49B for transmitting the image information to the center server 1. The center server 1 includes a communication unit for receiving the image information from the vehicles 20A, 20B, and an access right determination unit, an upload result management unit and an image quality confirmation unit for changing a provision manner of the image information to the vehicles 20A, 20B according to the reception state of the image information. |
