PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module with a collector and a solar charger which have an excellent appearance while being fixed to a window, achieve low costs, and are suitable for a vertical surface.SOLUTION: A solar cell module 100 with a collector includes the collector 2 condensing solar light to a solar cell of a power generation part 3. The collector 2 of the solar cell module 100 with the collector includes: a lighting surface 2a taking in solar light; a light reflection surface 2b reflecting the solar light entering the lighting surface 2a; and a light emission surface 2c allowing the solar light reflecting on the light reflection surface 2b to enter the solar cell. The light reflection surface 2b inclines relative to the lighting surface 2a at an angle of 10° to 45°. Meanwhile, the light emission surface 2c is formed so as to incline relative to the light reflection surface 2b at an angle of 45° to 80° and be arranged perpendicular to the lighting surface 2a. |
