PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SaaS(Software as a Service) management system capable of facilitating a management of the SaaS by a system manager.SOLUTION: An SaaS management system 400 includes: a client management server 10 that is connected to a client terminal 1 operated by a user of the SaaS and manages use schedule information including use reservation information of the user; and an SaaS proxy 30 that is connected to the client management server and manages identification information for using the SaaS and an SaaS use situation. The client management server acquires the identification information and the SaaS use situation from the SaaS server, when a user requests a connection for using the SaaS, and determines the availability of the SaaS of the user on the bases of the use schedule information, the SaaS identification information, and the SaaS use situation. |
