PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion rod with a built-in telescopic cylinder and a deep drilling machine, capable of securing the mounting strength of the telescopic cylinder in a simple structure and capable of preventing the fall of the expansion rod and an open/closed bucket when the expansion rod is broken, respectively.SOLUTION: An expansion rod 18 comprises: an upper bracket 20 provided at the upper end of an outer cylinder 18a and connected to an arm with a pin; and a lower bracket 21 provided at the lower end of an inner cylinder 18b and connected with the open/closed bucket with a pin. The brackets 20, 21 have openings 20e, 21e passing through expansion rod 18 in the expanding direction. Through the opening 20e of the upper bracket 20, the bottom side end of a telescopic cylinder 17 is inserted to be connected to the upper bracket 20 with a pin 23. Through the opening 21e of the lower bracket 21, the rod end of the telescopic cylinder 17 is inserted to be connected to the lower bracket with a pin. |
