PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve following problem: a sound absorption performance of an insulator depends on a sound absorption performance provided in a material originally and consequently, when the sound absorption performance is improved, the material is required to be changed, so that time is wasted for reselection of a material and trial manufacture or the like.SOLUTION: A rod like body is held between one wool like body and another wool like body both of which are impregnated with a thermosetting resin, is set in a forming mold for hot press molding and is subjected to hot press molding to be thereby thermally cured. After that, the rod like body is removed to form a void. |
