<p>Apparatus for cleaning the transport belt (6) of a cooling channel of an enrobing machine for processing cocoa butter-containing masses e.g. chocolate, is claimed. The transport belt is led via a brushing roller (9) rotating itself in the opposite direction to the movement direction of the transport belt and wetted with hot water. An independent claim is also included for cleaning the transport belt of the cooling channel of the enrobing machine, comprising passing the transport belt via the brushing roller wetted with hot water, removing coarser remnants at the inlet of the transport belt in the apparatus by at least one wiping strip, where the transport belt does not allow the pressure-escape of the brushing roller due to a heated counter-pressure plate (4).</p> |
