Disclosed are an orally disintegrating tablet and the freeze-drying method for preparing it. The orally disintegrating tablet comprises effective amount of active ingredients, skeleton supporting agents, adhesive agents and suspending agents, wherein the adhesive agents consist of pullulan and auxiliary adhesive agent. By using the specific amount of the combination of pullulan and auxiliary adhesive agent, the invention has solved the problem of slow disintegration and incomplete dissolution issues of orally disintegrating tablet when large amount of active agents are loaded.
