PURPOSE: A primer for concurrent detecting of water-borne circle verminal and a detection method using the primer are provided to be simple and rapid and to enhance sensitivity and specificity. CONSTITUTION: A primer for concurrent detecting of water-borne circle verminal is selected from a group comprising the sequence number 1- sequence number 12. The water-borne protozoa is microsporidian, archespore Chung or Cryptosporidium. The microsporidian is Enterocytozoon bieneusi or Encephalitozoon intestinalis, given with N rim furnace cyto. The Cryptosporidium is Cryptosporidium hominis or Cryptosporidium parvum. The primer set for concurrent detecting of water-borne circle verminal comprises the sequence number 1- sequence number 12. The composition for concurrent detecting of water-borne circle verminal includes a primer set as active ingredient. |
