PURPOSE: A piezoelectric valve is provided to minimize the pressure loss of an outlet because a passage of the outlet is not extended even if the outlet is positioned in the center of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric valve(100) comprises a housing(120) and a piezoelectric actuator(110). The housing comprises an inlet(130), a nozzle(140), an outlet(150), and a passage(145). A chamber(121) is formed inside the housing. The piezoelectric actuator is positioned to cover the upper part of the nozzle. If voltage is applied, the piezoelectric actuator is displaced by bending so that the nozzle can be opened and closed. Both ends of the piezoelectric actuator are not fixed in a chamber. A mounting part(125) is formed in the chamber. |
