PURPOSE: A method for identifying the presence of soil dechlorination microorganisms in soil or underground water is provided to reduce chloride-based organic compounds. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying the presence of soil dechlorination microorganisms in soil or underground water comprise a step of isolating nucleic acid of microorganisms; and a step of performing PCR of the isolated nucleic acid using a primer which is specific to a gene encoding dechlorination enzyme. |
