PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide linear solenoid whose diameter can be reduced by abolishing a spiracle of a plunger.SOLUTION: Outer diameters of a plunger 4 and a shaft 9 are provided with the same diameter. An inner diameter of a slide hole 10 is provided in the cylindrical shape with a fixed diameter to directly slide the plunger 4 and the shaft 9 in the slide hole 10. A second magnetic interruption part 11 which hinders magnetic flux coupling is further provided between the plunger 4 and the shaft 9. Thus, since a volume variation chamber is not formed inside the slide hole 10, a spiracle provided in conventional technology can be abolished. Since outer diameter dimensions of the plunger 4 can be reduced by abolishment of the spiracle, diameter reduction of a coil 3 becomes possible, and a linear solenoid 1 can be miniaturized. In addition, since the spiracle with large manufacturing costs can be abolished, the costs can be suppressed. |
