PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin article having a silicon oxide film formed thereon with high reliability.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a resin article having an SiOfilm (y is a positive number of 1 to 2) with good adhesiveness formed on the surface of the resin layer through vacuum deposition method, sputtering method or the like, without conducting a pre-treatment such as plasma treatment when forming an oxidized film of silicon, where the resin layer includes a polycarbonate-polysiloxane copolymer having a specific polysiloxane chain.
