PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a neutralization apparatus that detects a consumption state of a neutralizing agent; and a hot water supply apparatus having the same.SOLUTION: In a neutralization apparatus 27, drain generated by combustion gas becoming a temperature below a dew-point is neutralized by circulating the drain in a container 40 in which a neutralizing agent 52 is filled, a drain inlet 45 is disposed at an upper part of the container 40, and a drain port 46 that discharges drain after neutralization is disposed at the bottom, wherein a quantity detecting means 53 that is placed on the neutralizing agent 52, and that detects and reports the consumption of the neutralizing agent 52 by moving downward according to the decrease of the neutralizing agent 52 is provided in the container 40. |
