PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a subject image to be imaged by a single reception element unit without use of a two-dimensional sensor or a line sensor for receiving a thermal noise in a wave imaging device imaging a subject by receiving the thermal noise of a microwave band radiated from the subject such as a human body.SOLUTION: By rotating two reflecting plates 14 and 18 arranged on both sides of a lens 16 in a vertical scanning direction of a subject 2 and in a horizontal scanning direction thereof respectively, a millimeter wave constituting an image of a subject 2 to be imaged by the lens 16 is input to a millimeter wave sensor 20 for each pixel. By taking a signal level of the millimeter wave of each pixel sequentially, image data is generated. Further, the reflecting plate 14 is oscillated within a range of a predetermined angle to thereby perform a vertical scanning, and the reflecting plate 18 is continuously rotated to perform a horizontal scanning such that the reflecting plate 18 is rotated a 180-degree for each predetermined angle of the vertical scanning. |
