PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply and electricity storage device capable of effectively utilizing the discharged cold energy of a water heating heat pump.SOLUTION: Water in a hot water storage tank 20 is heated by a high-temperature side heat exchanger 12 of a heat pump unit 1. Air is blown from a fan 41 to a low-temperature side heat exchanger 14 of the heat pump unit 1, and cold exhaust air is introduced in a casing 43 via a duct 42 to cool a storage battery 4 and a charging/discharging circuit 5. Hot exhaust air from the casing 43 may be returned to the low-temperature side heat exchanger 14.
