The present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a wireless network optimization method, device and system, used to solve the problem of wasting network resources in the prior art due to a low accuracy handoff parameter configuration for a terminal. The method of the present invention comprises: identifying the terminals to be optimized; according to the degree of influence of each of the terminals to be optimized on a network handoff performance index or network load performance index, sequencing the handoff priorities of the terminals to be optimized so as to obtain a handoff priority sequencing result; according to the handoff priority sequencing result, configuring the handoff parameters for the terminals to be optimized by the configuration rule that the higher the handoff priority of the terminal is, the lower the handoff parameter configured therefor is; and transmitting the handoff parameters to corresponding terminals. The present invention is suitable to be used in the field of communications to optimize a wireless network.
