PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving display responsiveness, and use efficiency of a buffer memory.SOLUTION: The image forming device includes an image data storage part for storing original image data and an image data buffer part from which data can be read at higher speed compared with the image data storage part. A display frequency counting part counts a frequency referred or used as a display frequency in order to divide the whole original image data into a plurality of blocks to form image data for display for each block. A priority setting part sets priority for each block on the basis of the display frequency. A buffering control part controls buffering by an image data buffer part so that the image data of a block with high priority is preferentially stored in the image data buffer part. |
