PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated micro fluid system.SOLUTION: A system extracts polynucleotide from multiple samples, particularly from biological samples, and the system subsequently amplifies and detects the extracted samples. Especially, a micro fluid system carries out PCR (polymerase chain reaction) on the multiple samples of nucleotide which is an object of interest within a micro fluid channel (micro flow channel), and detects the nucleotide. |
