PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curing composition that has excellent adhesive strength especially to an acrylic resin film as well as to various protective films.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet-curing composition contains a (meth)acrylamide compound (A) that does not have a hydroxyl group, an alkyl (meth)acrylate compound (B) which has a hydroxyl group, and a photopolymerization initiator (C), wherein the mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of (A) to (B) is in the range of 50/50 to 90/10.
