In addition, the rigidity adjustment member 42 increases rigidity more in a bending force concentrated part 51 adjacent to a joint 9 of the first link 1 and the second link 2 and bending force concentrated part 52 and 53 adjacent to the fixing members 3a and 3b than in bending force non-concentrated parts 54 and 55 other than the bending force concentrated parts.
