PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar concentration device that is reducible in weight and easy in maintenance, and to provide a solar heat power generation system.SOLUTION: A solar concentration device 1 comprises a rotating table 2 on which a light collecting mirror 4 is arranged, and a receiver 3 arranged at the rotating table 2 and receiving the reflected light of the light collecting mirror 4. The light collecting mirror 4 has a body 7 having a linear fresnel surface 7b for linearly light-collecting solar light, and a reflection membrane 8 for covering the linear fresnel surface 7b and reflecting the solar light. According to the solar concentration device 1, maintenance such as the cleaning and repair of a mirror surface becomes easy compared with a trough-type light collecting mirror by employing the flat-plate shaped Fresnel light collecting mirror 4. Furthermore, since a constitution in which the flat-plate shaped light collecting mirror 4 is arranged on the rotating table 2 can largely reduce an influence which the light collecting mirror 4 receives from wind, support members can be reduced in number and the device can be reduced in weight. |
