PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy conversion efficiency for the full year of a photovoltaic power generation device.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation device comprises plural photovoltaic members provided on a mounting object surface with an inclination angle α to a lower part of a vertical plane, and having a light-receiving surface for receiving sunlight. The device has: a first photovoltaic member whose inclination angle &thetas;1 of a light receiving face to a lower part of the vertical plane is set to an arbitrary angle within a range (&thetas;m<&thetas;1≤&thetas;s) larger than a vernal or autumnal equinox elevation angle &thetas;m and equal to or smaller than a summer solstice elevation angle &thetas;s, when an elevation angle to a south of a sun during a meridian time of a summer solstice is designated as a summer solstice elevation angle &thetas;s, an elevation angle to a south of a sun during a meridian time of a winter solstice is designated as a winter solstice elevation angle &thetas;w, and an elevation angle to a south of a sun during a meridian time of a vernal or autumnal equinox is designated as a vernal or autumnal equinox elevation angle &thetas;m; and a second photovoltaic member whose inclination angle &thetas;2 of a light receiving face to a lower part of the vertical plane is set to an arbitrary angle within a range (&thetas;w≤&thetas;2<&thetas;m) equal to or larger than the winter solstice elevation angle &thetas;w and smaller than the vernal or autumnal equinox elevation angle &thetas;m. |
