PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band lineup measuring device having improved measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: A current and a light volume generated by irradiation are simultaneously measured using the same light source, an irradiation optical system, and a specimen holder. Light exited from a light source 1 is monochromated by a spectroscope 4, swept by photon energy, and applied to a specimen 31. The photon generated by the irradiation is measured by an ammeter and reflected light is measured by an actinometer. In a case of a material with permeability, transmitted light is measured by an actinometer 72. For the irradiation photon energy, an ionization potential is obtained from a rise position of a current value, and a band gap is obtained from the reflection or transmission measurement. The band lineup at the energy position of ionization potential and at the energy position of electron affinity is obtained from the two values. |
