PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact charge module and portable terminal having the same, capable of achieving miniaturization by converting a non-contact charging coil and an NFC antenna into one module as well as communication and power transmission in the same direction while making the coil axis direction of an antenna different for prevention of mutual interference.SOLUTION: The non-contact charge module includes a charging coil 30 around which a conducting wire is wound and an NFC coil 40 disposed in the vicinity to the charging coil 30. An axis of the charging coil 30 and an axis of the NFC coil 40 are crossed each other.
