<p>[Problem] To suitably suppress interference between cells in a situation where there are a plurality of small cells. [Solution] Provided is a communication control device comprising: an assignment unit that assigns transmission power to each of one or more small cells, which at least partially overlap a macro cell of a wireless communication system, such that interference from each of the small cells to the macro cell is suppressed; a determination unit that, in a case where there is a second small cell that inflicts interference exceeding an allowable level upon a first small cell, determines whether said interference is unidirectional or bidirectional; and a control unit that controls said interference between the first small cell and the second small cell according to different techniques depending on the result of determination by the determination unit.</p> |
