The heating device has an inner tube completely arranged inside an outer tube. Cooling fins (106) are arranged on an outer side of the outer tube. An insulating material fills a volume between the inner tube and the outer tube. A temperature sensor (107) is arranged on the inner tube for determining temperature of the inner tube. A wall element (110) closes the volume between the outer surface of the inner tube and the inner surface of the outer tube in a pressure-tight manner. A control unit (112) controls the heating element depending on the measuring values of the temperature sensor.
