The rope winch has a rope and a rope drum (3) rotatable around a longitudinal axis (2), whose upper surface is executed in the form of a helical groove (4) for receiving the rope wound on the rope drum. A rope guide element is executed as cylindrical bush (6) and has a base body (7) with an outer radius and a flange (8) with another outer radius. The flange of the rope guide element has an outer contour (9) suitable for friction engagement in the groove. The difference of outer radii of flange and base body corresponds to outer diameter of rope.
