PURPOSE: A lighting device capable of using a LED chip and an organic and inorganic color filter are provided to change a color temperature by using fluorescent materials or phosphors, thereby maximizing light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An LED unit mounts a LED chip on a PCB substrate. A light guide plate(30) emits light from the LED unit to a side. The light guide plate uniformly spreads the light on an illuminated surface. A reflector(20) reflects the light to the illuminated surface. A color transformation spreader(61) changes the color of a wavelength band to a specific wavelength band.
