PURPOSE: A butterfly valve device is provided to prevent damage due to fluid by covering an upper rotary shaft coupling part and a lower rotary shaft coupling part of a disc by a coating part. CONSTITUTION: A butterfly valve device includes a valve body, a valve seat, a disc(300), a rotary shaft, and a gear part. The valve body is installed in a passage in which fluid flows and a space in which parts are mounted is formed inside the valve body. The valve body is contacted with the exterior of the valve sheet and the passage is formed inside of the valve sheet. The exterior of the disc is contacted with the interior of the valve seat and the disc is rotatably installed in the passage inside the valve seat in order to open and close the passage. The rotary shaft is connected to the exterior of the disc. The gear part is installed between the rotary shaft and a handle part. The exterior of the disc is coated by a resin containing fluorine and the coated part is extended to a part in which the disc and the rotary shaft are connected. |
