PURPOSE: A supramolecular complex for effectively delivering polynucleotides to target cells by forming a polyplex is provided. CONSTITUTION: A supramolecular complex for delivering polynucleotides to target cells contains oligoamine-linked carbohydrate and ligand-linked cucurbituril. The oligoamine is spermine, spermidine, putrescine, 1,6-diaminohexane, 1,5-diaminopentane, adamantane, metallocene, or mixture thereof. The ligand is galactose, mannose, glucose, N-acetylglucosamine, lactose, transferrine, citric acid, or mixture thereof. |
