PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of flow failure in a cooling device for a thermally-treated material.SOLUTION: A cooling device for a thermally-treated material includes: a hollow cooling container 201, in one end of which a drying coal throwing port 202 is provided and in other end of which a cooled coal ejection port 203 is provided; a fluidized gas supply part 204 that generates a flow layer Sc as well as the drying coal by supplying the fluidized gas to the cooling container 201; a heat transfer pipe 206 that cools the drying coal in the flow layer Sc by circulating cooled water to the inside thereof; and a control device 223 that sets a temperature of the cooled water so that the temperature becomes higher than a dew-point temperature in the cooling container 201. |
