PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which it is impossible to inexpensively manufacture a sensor element capable of measuring the concentration of a specific substance in a body fluid in a short time.SOLUTION: A sensor element extracts a specific substance from a body fluid having miscellaneous substances by using surface enhanced Raman scattering effects, and is capable of measuring the concentration of the specific substance from the intensity of scattered light. A manufacturing method is employed in which polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is used for the substrate material of the sensor element to secure biocompatibility, and a rugged pattern is formed on the PEEK resin surface by thermoforming, thereby obtaining high productivity. |
