PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor panel capable of generating electric power.SOLUTION: An outdoor panel comprises: an inner wall; an outer wall; and a power-generating unit 3. The power-generating unit 3 comprises a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 11, a plurality of first electrodes 12, a plurality of second electrodes 15, a first electrically insulating member 16, and a second electrically insulating member 17. The first electrically insulating member 16 is interposed between the plurality of first electrodes 12 and the inner wall without a gap, and exhibits heat conductivity. The second electrically insulating member 17 is interposed between the second electrodes 15 and the outer wall without a gap, and exhibits heat conductivity. |
