PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat exchange efficiency in a heat transfer element and a heat exchange type ventilation device using the same.SOLUTION: In the heat transfer element 1, a plurality of heat exchanger plates 2 each provided with a rib 3 as a distance-keeping means for keeping a distance between heat exchanger plates 2 are laminated to alternately constitute an air supply path 4 and an air discharge path 5 one by one. At least a part of the heat exchanger plates 2 are laminated while being shifted in the direction of the longest diagonal line. Thus, the heat exchanger plates in a part where an air volume is reduced are laminated while being shifted, whereby the dispersion of the air volume in the vertical direction of the heat exchanger plates can be reduced to efficiently perform heat exchange between the air in the air supply path and the air in the air discharge path. |
